Credential Protection: The seller assumes full individual liability for safeguarding their admin user IDs, api tokens, and configuration passwords. You agree to notify our technical security wing instantly if you suspect any panel compromise or internal leaks.
Authorized Transactions: All adjustments made regarding item counts, pricing variables, automated discounts, and order state updates performed via your assigned dashboard are contractually binding. Keyword stuffing, deceitful titles, or misleading categories designed to artificially boost algorithmic sorting visibility inside Rojyshop.com are classified as direct policy violations.
Zero Counterfeit Guarantee: Sellers must only catalog authentic, original goods. MRP Compliance: The Selling Price (SP) displayed to the end customer on Rojyshop.com must never exceed the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP) marked on the physical product tag or container.
Price Parity: Sellers must maintain pricing parity. You agree not to list the same inventory item on Rojyshop.com at a premium price compared to your offline brick-and-mortar stores or other digital e-commerce channels.
Taxation Responsibility: The listed price on our storefront must be inclusive of all domestic taxes, including central and state GST structures. The seller is solely responsible for declaring, filing, and paying their business taxes to the Government of India.

Repeated pickup failures due to packaging delays will result in direct platform penalties.
